How do I get better at CS:GO, while playing with one hand?

Let me get this out of the way first: I'm disabled, I have a form of cerebral palsy that severely limits the motor skills in my right extremities, although my left extremities are unaffected. I've played TF2 for about 2 years (even playing Highlander comp in that time), and have had CS:GO for about nine months.

Now, I haven't played much GO in that time, and most of the time it's with bots. Does anybody have any tips for getting better with a M&KB and while playing with one hand?
