So my old account was made back in 2004, I haven't used that email since 2010 and haven't logged into the account since 2017 so I don't remember what my old email was. (use to sign in via remember password for almost a decade)

I made a new account to play (has almost 3k hours) and I still get accused of cheating on a regular basis because I have no badges.

I'm pretty sure my account got hijacked at some point because when I try looking up my account name with (add friend) it doesn't pull up the account anymore.

Is it possible for me to recover or am I screwed? The old account use to use a yahoo email, and yahoo locks all emails after a year of use so IDK if I can still get into the account unless I can verify ownership with an ID or something.
