Regarding the issues of premade kicking, what if we made it impossible to kick someone who have 20-25 kills (late rounds) or has high enough ADR, unless he idles and/or deals significant team damage or something similar?

Even if he is toxic, I would probably just mute him and just go on my way.

Even if he griefs during his killing spree, it would probably be minimal, and we can probably set ADR to something like 90 or 80, etc. We can just report him for griefing while then.

Let say after he ultra grief or starts toxicity after killing many enemy players or has high ADR. We can do something like check if he does significant team damage or stay in spawn area for whole 1-2 rounds?

Would it prevent premade kicks? Like what if we have this during group of 3 or group of 4. You can't kick the outsider.
