buggy movement and grenade throws

Not exactly sure what's going on, but it's almost as if any time I move in a direction, it makes me move the opposite direction for a split second. Switching between weapons isn't exactly responsive, and grenade throws are completely screwed.
It doesn't seem laggy when I spectate people or watching other players move, but my movement feels very laggy. My mouse doesnt feel laggy though.
What is going on? My ping is fine. I didn't have this issue a week ago.
