Anyone had GE revoked/denied when getting a clearance?

Hello everyone. Has anyone had GE revoked/denied after they started a security clearance investigation for their job. This question is mainly asking federal government employees and contractors, I just realized the time my GE was revoked was when I was processing in for a federal job that required a security clearance (I already have an active clearance before accepting this job) so I am thinking this counts as being "investigated" by a government agency which can revoke/deny your GE application or status.

Anyone gotten it to clear up after the background investigation finished?
