Conditionally approved, then denied a few months before interview?

Hello all! Has anyone here experienced the issue where they applied to GE and was conditionally approved. However, you receive a email notification that the application is now denied, even before you schedule and complete the final in person interview?

The reason in the denial is "inaccurate or incomplete information". Looking at the application again, all the information is correct that was provided and I have nothing that falls into their "denial requirements" such as current or prior convictions, ongoing investigations, etc....
