Conditional Approval: How long does that status last?

Post Body

I was conditionally approved after approximately 5 months, and it seems that it was triggered by international travel (I left the country, but had to come back for a specific reason).

I'm once again out of the country and I'm wondering how long I can sit on the "conditionally approved" status, as I don't want to restart the entire process. It'd be easier to travel back to the US and do an interview on arrival when I had multiple reasons to re-enter at one time. I also may have to update some documents for residency reasons so having more time may be beneficial (as I changed my address between my initial application and the conditional approval).

I don't want the approval status to expire but it might be useful if I have some time. I didn't see this information in the portal, I may have missed it in the official documentation. Does anybody know? Thank you.
