I've experienced sleep paralysis for most of my life. At least a few times a month I "wake up" several times and go through the same routine several times only to finally wake up and realise I had never gotten out of bed. But weird things like, in my routine I had taken the dog out and brushed my teeth. Once actually awake my toothbrush would be wet already, my shoes by the door from coming back in from taking the dog out. And I live with my boyfriend who is a light sleeper so I know I don't sleepwalk. I never have. I can't help but think a lot of the times I've thought I was just dreaming i was really experiencing another reality.
