This is something that happened to me a few days ago, and I thought I should post it here. It all started when I was in my room trying to get to sleep when out of no where, I heard the sound of a motorcycle. Now, I have a window in my room and I can definitely hear if a car is coming and going, but the sound of the motorcycle sounded very close to me. It also sounded like it faded off too shortly, as if it was a recording. Now it may sound like I am hearing this in my head, but the next incident happened when I was in school, and everyone around heard it.

I was in a cake decorating class when a motorcycle engine sound occurred. Everyone in the room heard it and at first thought something like a tray fell, but the truth is nothing fell, so it got you thinking where the sound came from.

Are there any explanations why this happened and how? I feel its something that needs to be talked about.
