Give me 40 days to run up hill 3.0 miles while carrying 100Lbs in extra weight

I am here to get motivation to meet this goal. This is the first day and a little back ground on me

24 M 237 Lbs - Have not ran in god knows how long I did play sports for 13 years however its been around 8 years since I did last play.

I really have until Feb 1st 2015 to complete this goal but I have decided that would be only average effort and I am tired of being average in everything that I do.

I hope by completing this challenge I can change my body and in turn my mindset towards life.

How am I going to attain this goal? 1. I plan of course to update you guys everyday on what I did to get closer to completing my goal. 2. I plan on running a mile everyday (starting tomorrow) and upping it a 1/4 mile each day.

I eat healthy for the most part already and I will also do some weight training in order for me to carry that extra 100lbs

wish me luck as I know I am going to need it and I hope that I can make this transformation.
