I loathe social media and feel that it is violently detrimental to society despite the few positives it's managed to bring, but saying that and hopefully without being made to feel like a hypocrite, but I'm SO very glad to have found this place.

I was searching for a female biased games review / news site and the search engine spat this out.

I've only read a few posts here and there, but already, so many people's voices echo my own feelings and experiences that I've suffered from over the last 18 months in the online gaming environment, that I am just SO happy to know I'm not alone and that there may still be a little corner of the Internet where I can go and not be made to feel ashamed, frustrated for condescended to.
