Feminine girl gamers, how do you deal with harassment?

I'm stepping back into multiplayer games more often, and I was wondering how more feminine gamer girls deal with harassment? I've never been that outwardly feminine on multiplayer games, (mainly for my own safety) And haven't experienced much harassment, but what is it like for super fem gamer girls? And any advice on getting out of situations like that?
