I just made and poured my first Aviation drinks. I made two, one with Bombay and one with Aviation Gin. I can’t tell much of a difference drinking side by side. Is one supposed to be more floral, fruity, juniper forward than the other? I also bought Tanqueray and Esme shooters to try next time. Really trying to get into martinis so just looking for knowledge and info on how I should be trying them or what I should be looking for. I’m a big beer drinker and I’m thinking with more consumption I’ll establish a more distinct palate/profile for “which tastes better”
