i feel like at one point, every girl has had a rory gilmore era/phase. no, i'm not talking about like dropping out of uni, or stealing a yacht, or being the other woman.
what i mean is having great things expected of you when you're literally just a girl, or everyone putting pressure on you to do a lot in life, or even simply being a burnt out gifted child.
this applies to rory's love aspect too - not being able to say "i love you" back to someone you're "supposed to" love, or maybe even crying on the floor asking your mom why a person doesn't like you romantically.
this might be controversial but i reallyyyy don't get the rory hate. in the real world, people do make dumb decisions and ultimately their lives go downhill. if anything, her character is so realistic to me.
or maybe i just deeply relate to her lol
