Does GS raise anxiety?

Hey I am 19 and imma be 20 in 2 months and for some reason anxiety has been spiking like crazy idk if it’s cuz I’m turning 20 or if it’s cuz Gilbert’s is causing it.
And to be honest because of Gilbert’s syndrome I’ve spent the last 3 years since I was diagnosed with it a lot inside and not going out cuz I will get sick and such. So I was just wondering if I could get some peoples advice on here.
