Does anyone else vomit when symptoms are bad?
Post Body

This happens especially when my symptoms are bad as a result of sleep deprivation (other than if I get a cold, sleep deprivation is pretty much the only GS trigger that I experience) and I was wondering if anyone else here experiences it. It usually occurs ~30 minutes after eating food, and especially (but not always) if there is something external that I am nervous about.

This has occurred over spans in my life where I've been a meat eater, a frequent coffee drinker, before I ever drank coffee, while I was a long-term vegan, and while I was a long-term vegetarian. I've also been consistently lifting weights and working out for almost two years and I've found that it happens less frequently during this period (I think it's because working out causes me to get better sleep).

It's been ongoing for about six years and I've chalked it up to Gilbert's Syndrome (my initial GS diagnosis happened as a result of bloodwork I got done after the first few times this happened), but I just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else can relate or maybe this doesn't have to do with the GS. Thanks!

Edit: I didn't think of this at first because it's been a while but I just remembered that just 2-3 alcoholic drinks also trigger my GS symptoms and I've vomited from very small amounts of alcohol before
