He's in his mid-50s. My sister and I go half on all our presents to him, so anything under $100 would be fine.

We live in Chicago, so although he likes gardening, it's not really in season. Cubs fan, but has already purchased himself a hat and shirt. We got him a Cubs glass but trying not to overdo it.

Loves his bull dog, loves to cook. Doesn't like to read and doesn't use cookbooks. Technologically incompatible, can barely use his smart phone or his Fitbit.

Has a teenager and an eight year old as well - doesn't really go out on dates or do things with stepmom (or want to) so any joint gifts are out. Does not need or want any new kitchen gadgets.

He's also a criminal defense lawyer who loves his job. Has no room in his office for any art work, nor will he get around to hanging it.

Enjoys watching sports (baseball and hockey namely) but hates playing them.
