Intro

Hello GOG! I hope everyone's doing well right now. I'll try and keep this as short as possible. My request is as the title says. I am here, for my 3rd attempt, in hopes to get my request fulfilled and that is to receive $15 worth of Acoins to purchase the Winter Mountain Guardian Spirit Outfit for Black Desert Online.

Who Am I?

A little bit about myself, I am Gazna (hello again lol). I am a small artist, or should I say a very, small, aspiring, artist. I draw both digital and traditional art. For digital, I usually draw character illustrations and fanarts. For traditional, I do mostly realistic portraits (some samples). Doing art is also my main source of income. I myself am doing some Art Commissions/Requests, but unfortunately no orders for many months now (if you're interested or someone you know is, send me a message or use the link I provided. Anyway works fine :) ).

When it comes to gaming, I started playing at a young age. Twisted Metal was my first video game (on PS1) but what actually got me into gaming was Monster Hunter (2nd G/Freedom Unite on PSP). As I grew up I found more games that I loved like Final Fantasy XIII Trilogy (on PC), GTA V (on PS3, PS4, and PC), and Destiny 1 & 2 (on PS3, PS4, and PC). From what I realized playing multiple games, I love having the freedom to explore the game's world. Just being able to immerse yourself to the point that you would imagine in your head like you're in that world and playing the main character myself (yea I like to do that, a bit embarrassing but I love these games that much lol).

Why do I want to buy an outfit?

First, let me start with how I got into the game. Earlier this month, I got into playing Black Desert. Initially, I wanted to try and play my old MMO game which was Guild Wars 2. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the "thrill or fun" which I had experienced back when I tried it years ago. Eventually, I decided to look into other MMO games. I went to Youtube, cause I had no idea where to look lol, and I did find some videos recommending MMO games. One of the videos I watched was a video called "The MMORPGs With The Best Character Creators You Should Try In 2017". As an artist who loves to draw characters, this obviously piqued my interest. In that video, they mentioned the name of a game I was actually familiar with and that was Black Desert Online. I've heard of this game a few years ago, in fact, I actually tried for a couple of hours. After a few days, maybe weeks, have passed I just forgot about it and eventually decided to uninstall the game. Anyways, after watching the video I decided to maybe try it once more to see how much has changed and perhaps maybe get hooked on the game this time, and boy was I right on both. Since then, I've been playing the game and loved it so much that I play almost every day and even managed to get my first character to Lvl 50 in less than a week of starting.

Now if you're wondering why I want to buy an outfit, well I do have three reasons as to why. The first is because of originality. After playing for a couple of hours, I realized how very common a lot of the designs for both the armor piece that you wear and the outfits that you can use as cosmetics for your equipped armor when you're in towns or cities with lots of players are located. Almost all the newer players wear either the armor/outfits given during the main questline while others wear the outfits given for free from login rewards and events. I wanted to feel unique, maybe even stand out. I don't want my character to look "generic".

The second reason is that I wanted to give my character a certain outfit that would complete her look. As I mentioned earlier, I like to draw characters. The majority of the time I spent is to try and "give life" to the character I am creating. Giving a shine to their eyes, a nice and fitting facial expression, etc. I like to create characters and try my best to give them life because they like the physical manifestation of my own ideas. When it comes to the character I made in the game, I wanted her to look like a proud warrior who lived her life out in the woods and the mountains. With that in mind, I tried to give her all the traits that would fit that description. I made her muscular, gave her tribal markings, and made her quite tall. It all looked quite fitting and I loved that, except for one thing. The armor and outfit that I currently own just don't work. The armor I'm currently wearing looks like a medieval knight. My character is wearing full metallic armor that matches the armor of the knights in the cities. It is completely different from the look I wanted for her and I wish to change that with the outfit I wish to have which is the Winter Mountain Guardian Spirit Outfit. It's the perfect outfit for the look I'm going for as it allows me to show off that muscular body of my character while at the same time looking strong and intimidating. The best part about this is, like most MMO and RPGs, I can dye the outfit with almost any color I want it to be.

I just love the character I created (not in a weird way of course). I love that I was able to pretty much create something in a game something that I would normally do on art. I could create a character from head to toe, give them an outfit that works for them, and pretty much give them life and a personality just from all those combined. I just wish to be able to really fully complete this look I have in mind for her.

Why can I not get it myself?

I simply did not have enough money at the moment. I have recently re-enrolled this year as well. I personally don't know if this amount is a lot to others but from where I'm from this is quite expensive. Like I said earlier, I am doing some Art Commissions and I use the extra amount I earn from that to try and pay for these kinds of things, but unfortunately, I've not even gotten an order for over a year now. There's unfortunately really not much else for me to say here other than that I just don't have that amount on hand.

Conclusion
