I'm a huge fan of Mega Man ever since I played Mega Man X on the Super Nintendo. I remember as a kid enjoying the challenge the games presented and how great the platforming was. Mega Man is actually one of my first games that got me into gaming and I have enjoyed the series ever since. I even tried playing the older entries before the X series but found them to be easier so I didn't play them all. Since I enjoyed the Mega Man games soo much, I decided to try Legends and really loved the idea of playing a 3D version. Unfortunately due to a family member stealing my copy of the game, I was never able to finish Legends.

Another series that I enjoyed was Mega Man Battle Network and I really fell in love with that series. It was a mixture of deck building combined with combat that was so interesting. My first one was the 2nd series and I played until the 4th series. Unfortunately the series ended up dying on the DS and Capcom hasn't done anything with it since. While fans like me have been hoping for a collection or revival, unfortunately nothing yet.

Its an rpg game where you battle other players using chips acquired, similar to deck building. These chips allow you to use moves from other enemies or moves that normally cannot be done unless using chips. In the game you play as Mega Man in a cyber space environment. One Step from Eden takes this concept and has created a game that's like a love letter to the series. The only difference is that One Step from Eden centers on the combat side and is a rogue like. It would be nice to see Capcom bring this series back to life or even provide us fans with a collection, but until then we'll have to rely on games like One Step from Eden.
