Hey, it's me again u/rollovertherainbow. And I'm once again asking for Super Mario 3D All-Stars. I turned 18 today so I figured, why not ask again?

I never got to play any original Mario games growing up. In fact, my first console was a Leapfrog Didj where I played Super Chicks, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and Hannah Montana. Getting my 3ds was a life-changing experience. I played Pokemon White 2, Pokemon X/Y, and some math/educational games like Math Blasters and Professor Layton and the Mysterious Box.

However, one of my absolute favorites to play on car rides (which was the only time my brother and I were allowed to use our 3ds's) was either Mario and Sonic at the 2012 Olympic Games or Super Mario Bros for the awesome puzzles/mini-games.

I've been looking into it more and 3D All-Stars will be unavailable to buy after March 31st. Obviously, there will still be ways of getting it, but the price will probably skyrocket due to this.

It's not that my parents are against video games at this point, they just only really like spending money on single-player games. In fact, the only truly single-player game I have on the switch is Breath of the Wild which was sent to me by an amazing Redditor on the BOTW sub.

I've also been asking around and although 3D All-Stars has its drawbacks (like removing the Gay Bowser line in exchange for Bi Bowser) since it's actually a port of a later version of the games, it's apparently still good if you've never played the games before.

I always play the heck out of games on my switch, because the only other thing I really have (other than my now homebrewed 3DS) is my MacBook. I don't own a gaming PC, so gaming is usually more enjoyable on the Switch.

I understand the price is a lot ($60) but I was hoping someone could maybe help me experience the magic of 3D Mario.
