First of all, hello again gift of games, how are ya'll doing? Today's matter, as seen in the title, is a request for Rainbow Six Siege.
As of now most if not all should know this game. If you don't, let me give a brief-ish explanation. Rainbow Six Siege is one of the widely known games, which many different characters, or operators, to choose from. While there are many, you will find yourself using a particular one over others, but be quick, there can only be 1 of each operator, so get over to yours quick. Rainbow Six Siege is a five versus five multiplayer game with one main goal, eliminate the other team. Along with eliminating the other team, your other goal is what the objective of the round became. As a Defender, stand your ground and protect what you have from the others taking or disabling it. As an Attacker, make your way into the building, eliminating players along the way, and get to the objective. With only one life, the game is sometimes quick and challenging.
And why would I want this game, you might ask? This request is to help and hopefully make you see. Let's take it from the top.
With my explanation of the game, I covered a brief bit of gameplay and what you do, but not why I want the game. To be honest, I used to be one of those people who disliked certain games and favorited others, with no reason other than not having played it and having a biased opinion already. One game series for example, Battlefield. I had never played a single battlefield and thought it was not a good game, but when I got 4 and Hardline I got hooked. Rainbow Six was one of those games I never played and had a biased opinion on without experience or knowledge to the game. When I played it on console, I loved it, and soon enough grew to know my place and my operators(Glaz and Pulse). The reason I want it on PC is because of how much more it can unleash. Playing any to all games on console, you get reliant on aim assists in games and the controller, like your being coddled. Controller and it's aim assist sugar coats the game. I think that PC can give me a more fun experience, along with having friends who play and from what I have heard, you can essentially meme and goof around more on PC over the console variant. With not much that makes me happy, and the hard struggle of finding a job, I can't afford the game and many friends have long left me. This game can lead to new friends, and being like I said about the meme and goof around of PC, those friends can be strong. This game is overall something I would love to get and appreciate. My recent near loss of my steam account is also not so helpful to my feelings.
Right now until September 10th, the game is at a 60% discount for $7.99, and a 67% discount for deluxe at $9.89. The difference between the regular and deluxe is that deluxe gives you the year 1 operators. If you want to see the page before considering, the link is right under this.
