Edit: I unfortunately have to close this for now. I'm sorry to those of you who actually read my posts, but I get SO many questions and submissions from people who don't and it's just taking up way too much time and I feel so rude when I don't take the time to reply. :(
Winner #1: /u/HighIQWeeb: Persona 5 (PS4)
Winner #2: /u/PinksAreOverrated: Minecraft Java Edition (PC)
Winner #3: /u/Lunacti: Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - Gold Edition (PC)
Winner #4: /u/ZedErre: Death Stranding (PS4)
Winner #5: /u/spiderman1706: Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Switch)
Winner #6: /u/ISOREX_: Arma 3 Ultimate Edition (PC)
Six winners total in the first two rounds! Right now I'm a huge fan of this format, so let's do another! :)
If you're new, post your SteamID or other relevant ID in this thread first. Many people spend time on their submission, send it to me, then realize they won't be able to post in this thread, because their Reddit account isn't old enough or they don't have enough karma. Don't be one of them. Post your SteamID or other relevant ID here before you do anything else, so you know you can enter. :)
You need to tell me which game you want and make me understand why you really want it. :) Make sure you also specify your platform, region, and how much your game costs. :)
You can do this in a video. If your face is visible, I will know you didn't cheat and enter with multiple accounts, but three people have already won without submitting videos showing their face (and there will be more), so while it increases your chance to win, it's in no way a requirement.
If you can't or won't make a video, you can still win by submitting something other than a video, like /u/nViNova did. You still need to make me understand why you really want your game. How you do that is up to you. :)
While submitting something new will probably increase your chance of winning, it's not a requirement. You're welcome to submit something you have submitted before. :) Even though your submission didn't win the last two times, it might win this time, because there's still an element of luck (and some of your competitors might have already won or dropped out). :)
If I'm pretty sure that you spent more than ten minutes on your submission, you will be disqualified. I feel really bad when someone has obviously worked very hard on their submission and ends up losing anyway, so this is my way of avoiding that situation, so I can still sleep at night.
You may PM me your submission to keep it private and I won't share it, but you still have to post your SteamID or other relevant ID in this thread. If you don't want the world to see your submission, make sure you set YouTube videos to "unlisted" and don't click "Post to community" on imgur, etc.
This will run for at least 24 hours.
I will pick one or more winners using a combination of how much I feel you want your game, how much it costs, and luck. :)
