Gathering Storm is the second expansion to Civilization VI and is releasing February 14th. It adds a bunch of new civilizations (including Sweden, woo!), technologies, civics and features such as environmental effects, among others. This expansion is a big thing because Civilization games tend to improve a lot for every expansion released, and this time is no different.

I have played Civilization V for 480 hours and Civilization VI for 222 hours. I really enjoy strategy games in general but you could say I have a special place in my heart for this series. One reason why I love it is because of the replayability. There is a ton of civilizations you can play as and you can achieve victory in five (!) ways. This expansion adds diplomacy as a victory type, bringing that number up to six. There is always something new to do.

About me
I am a student, studying computer science at university. I am still able to play now and then, especially in the weekends. So don't worry that the game will sit unplayed in my library, I guarantee you it will not!
