Hello there!
The game on steam that I would like Rocket League. It is £15, although in the Christmas sales it should be under £10. The Game Rocket League is a super cool game. Cars and football mixed, sound fun right? No? Well, at least it does for me. In Rocket League you either play as the blue team or orange team, it can be a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 3v3 with power-ups (rumble). It can also be competitive, as there is a separate playlist for 1v1/2v2/3v3/4v4 but competitive, and you will get a rank after 10 placement matches (i think). Personally I'm not really into anything competitive, except CS:GO which is a great game and runs on any potato hardware haha.
Why?
Well my brother (who doesn't live with me) has the game on his Xbox one, and I recently visited him and it was a super fun game. We played together on split-screen, and even though the fps was about 30, it was still really fun! I scored one goal where I hit the ball up the arenas walls and then boosted off of the roof of the arena (tongue twister) and hit the ball in mid air. Truth be told, I wasn't actually trying to do that, but of course I acted like it was all planned out haha. My friend also has this game on his PC, and I want to play it with him. Maybe if I get good enough, I can play competitive and dominate the ranks! Although I don't think that will work out..
Here I will list some of the features of the game that I like:
- Cool skins and/or customization.
- It's not pay to win although you can buy stuff.
- Large learning curve, it's fairly easy until you start getting into the higher ranks, where you need to consistently hit aerial shots and make passes.
- The arenas. They are beautiful, and they release a lot of them for free. For example they recently released an underwater arena and one in space too.
- A lot of settings like FOV, camera wobble, camera distance, camera height, whereas in some games you have to stick with the default of 70 FOV.
I hate that stuff. - Demolition, you can destroy other peoples cars by boosting into them.
Why can't I get it for myself?
Well I recently just spent all my money on a new PC (GTX 1050ti 4GB, Pentium G4560, 8GB DDR4) and I have no money left to buy new games. Although I do have games like The Witcher 3 and CoD BO2 and BO3 because my friend (the one who I want to play with) is very kind and enabled the family sharing feature so we can play each others games. They are all great games and run well on my new PC, and I would also like to get Rocket League. I'm not really expecting to win, but I wrote more than I usually do so hopefully I will this time.
Anyway, thanks for reading, and I'd really appreciate if you could buy the game for me. My steam nickname is Telsah and my steam profile is: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198117751354
