Hello guys,

I am requesting FFX/X-2 today.
Why can’t you buy it yourself?

Unfortunately, I just got laid off from my work of two years. With monthly rent payments and groceries, I cannot afford to spend any amount on video games. I enjoyed my work and worked hard at it while studying at the same time. Eventually, my work came between my education and it seems my higher ups did not appreciate that very much. They asked me to choose between my education or my work, I chose my education obviously. Hence, here I am requesting this gem.

Why this game?

I am much older now but when I was younger, I played all the final fantasy games or close to all of them. I even played FFX on Playstation 2. I remember the day I received it and was so excited to unwrap it. I believe I put more than a 100 hours on it. I did my best to get 100% in it, I am cannot recall if I ever did but I think I was very close to doing it.

I loved the story of this game, although it wasn’t the best story for a Final Fantasy game. The characters were great though and looked mature compared to FF7 and FF9 where they looked more cartoonish. I don’t know why but that always made me like the design of FFX characters a bit more. I always liked Wakka, he was this guy that seemed to be always cheerful compared to everyone else. I think he’s one of those characters that had a very good influence on me and made me want to be more positive as a person!

Furthermore, I think there was even an International Edition that had even more bosses and areas to visit. I always felt I missed out because of that. I am requesting this game because I believe this version also has those extra bosses and I can revisit my childhood once more! Also, this game is currently 50% off at Square Enix US website. If I was still employed, I would have jumped on this deal immediately.
