Hi guys… I’m not really all that used to requesting stuff, so this is going to be a bit rough… for multiple reasons… such as I already have a huge backlog of games, I can buy things (even if I shouldn’t), and my pride.

However, I want this stuff really REALLY badly… so here it goes!

My first MMO was Final Fantasy XI on the PS2. I started playing it in the summer of 2004 after I got my first real job (radio personailty/DJ). After Whit (my wife) and I met, I shared my PS2 with her and we would take turns playing, and on the day after our wedding we bought our first computer so we could both play together! My friend Brett started playing with us too, and that was the start of my love for PC gaming.

A few months later a co-worker told me about WoW and got me a free trial. I loved it! The bright colors, the huge seamless world, and the ability to jump! It was great! With some passive aggressive comments and a little begging, I finally convinced Whit and Brett to begrudgingly give it a try too. We were all hooked!

After a month of aimlessly wandering around Azeroth, we joined the guild of an old friend that we found out played WoW, and he/they really helped us learn the ropes. It was such an awesome group of players, and though the guild split years ago, many of us still communicate with each other to this day.

I enjoyed both PvE and PvP, but one of my favorite things to do on WoW was work the Auction House on my bank toon, Baggy. After having learned how to make a pretty good amount of gold, I became pretty popular on the server for frequent giveaways, pinatas, and general goofing around. I know it was just in a game, and it sounds silly, but it really helped bolster my desire to be generous.

After <Tartaruga Mafia>, I decided to start a guild called <Unshackled> for new friends we convinced to play. We sucked. We did dungeons and we sucked. We did raids and we sucked. We did PVP and we sucked. However, in all of our sucktitude, there was a cool breeze of kindness among our guild that is often sorely lacking in online communities. Eventually our guild merged with (or was absorbed by) another, <FearUsNot>. They did dungeons, raids, and PVP… and they were actually good at stuff -- except security. The Guild Master got hacked, the guild bank was looted, and the guild disbanded.

The guild dawned the new name of <Id Crit That> while Blizzard investigated the hacking. Most of our loot was returned, and we all had many merry days. As time went on, people, including myself, began to go on periodical hiatuses from the game. Inconsistent players slowed down all guild raiding and activities, and sadly on and off again players slowly turned to off and off players, and that takes us to present day.

Whit quit and is probably never coming back, but I just recently got back into WoW, and assumed the position of Guild Master. Brett just got a computer after a couple years without one, so he just came back too. Our “RL” friend and mentor Pallion moved away a few years ago, but he still gets on somewhat regularly, and that brings our guild to 3 “active” players. I also have a couple friends who play on other servers, though that is not a problem anymore since Blizzard introduced cross-server play.

Even though I’m not currently in a really active guild, and for the most part our main server is dead, I’m really having fun playing with friends.

So what exactly am I asking for? Everything. I know it seems like a puzzling request, but there are several thing I’d like for you to spend your hard earned money on so I don’t have to. Here is a list:

• The upcoming Legion Expansion. - Not only will you help me out by allowing me to experience the awesome-looking Demon Hunter class, new zones and features, you’ll also be letting me get a free Level 100 Character Boost!
• 10 years of WoW time. - I don’t always feel like playing WoW, so I often want to take breaks… sometimes long, sometimes short. I play when the mood strikes. • Some Pets - I’ve only dabbled a little with the battle pets, I love Pokemon, so I think I will love this! There are some really cool looking pets on the store, but I understand your money is valuable, so I am only asking for the ones I must have that are really cute: Brightpaw, Cinder Kitten, Moonkin Hatchling, Pandaren Monk, and Soul of the Aspects.
• Some mounts - I’m not really a mount collector, but some of these are so cool that I just need them: Armored Bloodwing, Celestial Steed, Grinning Reaver, Heart of the Aspects, Mystic Runesaber (I’ve always wanted a Spectral Tiger, and I think this is as close as I will ever get), and Warforged Nigthmare.
• All three of the Helms - Crown of Eternal Winter, Hood of Hungering Darkness, and Jewel of the Firelord are some of the coolest cosmetic items in the game, and as you can tell, I am all about style!

If my math is correct, that adds up to roughly $2,100. So, if you’re feeling slightly generous, and you don’t think it’s too hard, I’d really love it if you could fulfil this small request. Thank you for your time!
