I've been wanting this ever since I started playing Smite and thankfully Dave saw the beauty in me (or you know. he's just a really awesome dude who's been giving in this sub for a long time now). I was very very surprised and happy to see a 2 next to my reddit mail icon. The first being Dave's comment on my request, the second the actual code.

I hurried to the GOG Steam chat to rejoice and brag about how awesome dave is. AND THEN 5 SECONDS AFTER I SAY HIS NAME HE ENTERS CHAT.

Dave (the ever so kind spirit) asks me if the code worked. So I logged onto Smite and it worked!

Thank you Dave! I will make sure to play EVERY god in Smite in your honor. Yesterday when I redeemed it I was super giddy because the game plays a notification everytime you unlock something. So I got like 50 something notifications one after another and it was damn satisfying.

Also when you purchase the Ultimate God Pack, Hirez (the game company) refunds you ALL the gems (currency that you can pay for) and favor (currency that you earn) that you have ever spent on a god. Meaning I got refunded 850,590 favor. HOLY SHIT. You can also buy recolor skins with favor (they reskin your god with a different color scheme) that cost around 9,500. So I can buy SO MANY RECOLORS.

UGH. I love SMITE. Now that I don't have to grind so much to get to play the gods I want I can actually focus on getting better at the game and having fun, instead of being so focused on winning and earning favor. I have 2 friends who both have the ultimate god pack so we're going to start playing much more smite.

BUT there's actually a slight problem.... I spent Christmas day (night) at my parent's house and left me phone at my parent's place. I can't log into steam right now because I have mobile authenticator and I don't think my parent's are home... So I emailed Steam in hopes to remove the authenticator. I even tried the recovery code that they gave me when I first installed the authenticator but that didn't work.

So until I get the phone back or Steam support emails me back to remove the authenticator (haha that'll take days) I won't be able to play SMITE....
