Why I want fallout 4
What I think about what I have seen such far:
I want fallout 4 because I played the other ones, I hat a fun time playing and creating my character and fallout 4 seems to be an improvement in character customization especially. I might be in the minority of people that don't mind voiced protagonists (as long as it's not cringey) in role playing games, I can still feel immersed even though the cutscenes/dialogue has someone talking as me. About the whole 4 categories of speech I find it a mixed bag, on one hand one could see it as a gamble you kinda know what your going to say but it might not imply as such and I like that because it throws curveballs. I wanna be able to see the consequences of my (rightfully so) ignorance of the dialogue and living through the mistakes. Listen, life isn't perfect, and I find this small imperfection a nice change.
Graphically, it is not a masterpiece but I never expect bethesda's games to be masterpieces in that regard, I look for gameplay and for what I see I like.
Now, and finally, modding. It is great, increasing the longevity of the game and it brings a community together faster.
History of my fallout career:
Now, my history with the fallout series in general was medium, I don't have thousands of hours in new vegas and fallout 3. I haven't searched every nook and cranny of them. I got new vegas as a "My friend told me it was good and it's on sale so let's see if he's wrong" was he? no. few months go by and I buy 3, I regret that now due to the poor port especially in windows 10 (Edit: At the time I had windows 8.1)but I played that for quite a bit and enjoyed my bare none experience.
Now here comes the ACTUAL reason why, now that you are informed. I have had a bad port situation with new vegas and 3 that lessened my ability to enjoy the games, I want to go into a decently (let's hope fallout 4 is better than 3 and new vegas..optimisation wise...right?) well ran fallout game so I can truly enjoy the side quests/story quests/ just plain adventuring.
Why I physically can't get the game
This might sound a bit odd, I have the money for it! but my dad handles all the credit card stuff (I don't think he trusts me with one but he has trusts issues financially wise and with my total opposite of frugal mom can't blame him to think that I might tred down that path) and my dad dislikes putting a credit card in online, only rarely does he ever (christmas..my birthday..other rarities) put his information in online. I can't really go to the store with him because neither of my parents are in the state to drive after work (soon I will get that car sooon!) and I can't blame them (I imagine work being stressful and going to the store is not something I would want to be doing.)
So, if some generous person would stumble upon this, probably buried and overly done request, and be kindly enough to grant me access to truly experience a fallout game I would be forever in your debt. Even if you came in here and was like "oh this is another fallout 4 request give me a break" but decided to read a plea for help anyway thanks for at least taking the time to read.
Now for my identification I suppose:
I may not have the most of the hours played, but I play the games I like to the most of my ability.
I have been a steam member for 5 (WOW!) years. Man time flies when you're playing games right?
Now it's for my goodbye, my request may not be the longest nor will it look prettiest (I am not a good writer/no good english Kappa) grammar/spelling wise but when I say I want this game, I mean it. If you decide to be generous enough to gift me a game know that I will be playing it for a long time.
I will also leave with something to entertain you guys with, weather you read or scroll all the way down here you might find minimal enjoyment out of this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NisCkxU544c <--- the person (if any exists) that even thought about gifting me this game
Bye now! thanks for reading and maybe for being generous (?!)
