After days of waiting, Amazon has finally presented upon me The Xbox One that /u/MajorBen1997 had kindly bought for me.

Here is the original thank you post but I think that he deserves another one. Also it finally arrived.

I've set it all up and it looks amazing. Set up everything. Account, power, all that doodah. I even redeemed the free 14 days of Live that they gave me and am now installing Smite to play. (I already play on PC but... this is the xbax....)

This is such a great way to "begin" a week, after last weeks big debacle and my mental breakdown...

I don't know what I'm going to do with it once the 14 days runs out. I might need to bother my parents about it, only to get the "Oh you're in college now. We don't need to support you". Sucks. BUT bright side. My roommate found Skyrim and Viva Pinata and those are supposed to be on the backwards compatibility list, so I have something to entertain me for a while.

Honestly, I'm super excited because like I mentioned somewhere, this is my first console since the Wii. And I can finally play new AAA games that I can't run on my laptop. Woohoo!
