It's May 10 right now and hell month is almost over. I plan to spend my break with great RPGs I haven't played in my library due to time constraints and classes. I've always wanted to try out The Witcher series, but I never did get the 1st game. I was fortunate enough to receive the 2nd game from a giveaway but I feel like playing through 2 without playing one won't make me fully appreciate the game. I tried to earn money by selling some scrap off my library, but it simply didn't give me enough money. Not even close.
Back then, when I was searching for great RPGs I stumbled upon the Witcher. People said that it was a rich RPG with great lore and a story that made it different from the other RPGs during its time. This had me intrigued, but I tried not to delve too deep into it because I might just set my expectations up a little too high. The combat seems simple enough and the world seems beautiful. I've also heard that this game takes about 45 hours to complete? I'd definitely love to lose myself in an RPG for that long.
