Hey there, gamers of r/giftofgames!
I hope you're all doing well. I've got a special request, and it's all about a game called Phasmophobia. Before I get into the nitty-gritty, let me take you on a quick trip down memory lane.
About five years back, I was an absolute fanatic when it came to horror games. I'd eagerly play anything that could make my heart race and send shivers down my spine. Outlast, with its terrifying asylum, had me on the edge of my seat. And then there was Dying Light, a game that holds a special place in my heart. I spent countless hours parkouring and grinding , crafting weapons, and surviving the night in it. It was more than just a game; it was an adventure. Oh and who could forget the classic Dead Space 2 from 2011, a game that still gives me the chills? However, I'll admit that I once made the regrettable choice of pirating them a decision I deeply regret now.
However, life happened, as it tends to do. My younger brother used to play horror games with me, and the catch was, he'd get scared out of his wits. It was hilarious and heartwarming at the same time to see him get jump scared, but it also made him decide to stop playing horror games altogether. Out of solidarity and to enjoy gaming with him, I decided to take a break from horror too. It was a necessary sacrifice, but it left a void in my heart.
Fast forward to today, and I've decided that it's high time to revisit my old passion for horror games. The good news is that my brother has grown up, and he's now ready to face his fears alongside me. It's a perfect opportunity for us to bond and share the thrills of horror gaming together.
Now let's talk about the game "Phasmophobia", the game that seems to be especially made for someone like me and my brother. It's got everything we've been missing – paranormal investigations, cooperative gameplay, and a promise to scare the hell out of us. The excitement is high, and I can't wait to see my brother's reactions as we brave the horrors together.
But here's the thing, I can't currently afford to buy the game myself. I totally get the importance of supporting game developers and buying games legally. I've learned my lesson from my past choices and have been buying games the right way ever since.
So, I'm reaching out to you, the awesome folks of this community, in the hopes that someone might consider gifting me a copy of Phasmophobia on Steam. I promise you, we'll cherish this gift and make the most of it.
If you're feeling generous and want to make two gamers' day, here's my Steam account (we play games turn by turn on PC and sometimes use split screen mods .I'm planning on getting a laptop next month on my birthday so we can finally coop together) I can't thank you enough for taking the time to read my message and consider my request.
Edit:
My bad, I had forgotten to provide game's link so here it is.
