"Thanksgiving" Gift Ideas for Employees

I have a $40 budget per person per each month for an employee morale budget, and I'm looking for Thanksgiving or fall themed gifts for the month of November (we work remotely). I'm not able to purchase from Etsy anymore since they're blocking purchases after 2-3 successful checkouts, so unfortunately all Etsy boxes are off the table.
I've sent Yeti cups, care boxes, gift cards, a group lunch, and plants so far. I'd love to see what ideas people have since I'm not very creative! TIA
