Years ago my husband and I were renting an apartment in a bigger complex. The unit had been remodeled and did not give off “haunted vibes.” BUT on multiple occasions I would wake up at night and see a figure standing next to the bed. Kind of dark and shadowy. To my husbands dismay, I screamed and waived my pillow at it and it seemed to disappear. Have this happened a few times my husband asked that we switch sides so I would stop waking her up with my screams. BUT the same thing then happened to him!

Fast forward a month or two and it was my 30th bday. He bought me 30 balloons and put them in our living room. The 2nd day we had these we came home from work to find that 1 of the balloons had navigated itself down a 15ish foot hallway then took a left, went through the door, took a sharp right and then went another 7-8 ft right to the side of the bed where we each had seen the figure. The balloon was just hovering there about halfway up. To this day still creeps us out even though we have long since moved.
