Legs walking across room

This is my only experience to date with a ghost. I was young, probably 4-6, but I know what I saw and still can picture it clearly. I was walking into my grandma's bedroom when I see a pair of legs that ended at the waist walking across the room, not at me. I screamed and ran to my mom and told her what I saw. The legs looked blueish and were see through, like a hologram. My grandma says that apartment scared her a few times before also. Anyone ever see anything like this.
