Tell us about it.
For me the first Ghost song I heard was Ritual.
I came across the song while researching Satanic Ritual Abuse where people abuse torture and kill people and eat them.
Germany, where I am from, has the Wewelsburg and a good docu series about it called Höllenleben 1&2. I spoke to a victim and she told me her story as well. There is the Marc Detroix case in Belgium, where many witnesses even disappeared and died right before the court process. Many people suffered and died. Many in the name of Satan. Many other cases. Just type Satanic Ritual Abuse into YouTube for example or Rituelle Gewalt. I oppose this. And I did research back in 2013/2014.
Then the music of Ghost took over. Came across it on YouTube by accident.
Nobody knew who they were. Reminding me of Eyes Wide Shut (the satanic movie) with their ritual masks. The style (without too much guitar gain) and the topics/themes and lyrics of Ghost were quite interesting and they just rock!
That's it. You can tell us about you now.
For me it was my friend showing me Spillways. It became my most played song that year! Listened to the rest of Impera through that and I was hooked.
