How do you spawn a purchased vehicle at Erewhon NOT a bivouac?!

Last year I swear purchased helos and cars were outside the net shield on the outcrop; but now they’re never there; only the default basic ones.
I have ustom world settings and ghost experience to up the realism, so no garages at bivouacs but I am purchasing stuff at Maria’s and seem to have to have no access to it after purchase.
