controller issue on wildlands

So I literally just finished installing wildlands about 45 minutes ago and I'm excited to hop on play because it's been a few years. I had it on ps4 and decided to get the ultimate edition on steam. I cam aim and look around at the same time and I can't move and look around at the same time. I've checked other games to see if it's just the controller and it's not. I would really appreciate some help.
