Story

In the Tom Clancy universe, Bolivia has seen a lot of death and political control in this lush country that Ubisoft has created. Florishing in valuable resources to trade with the world; an empty hole in which Bolivia has no government to govern and guide its people to advance its society to create a stable nation. Bolivia is under siege by the remaining Santa Blanca Cartel, Foriegn Nations (BRICS), Military Control (UNIDAD) and a Militia to take its country back by any means necessary.

The United States has denied any involvement into dismantling the Cartel in Bolivia and the United Nations will not get involved with these affairs due to fear of World War III with the BRICKS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa). The UN has been secretly sending aid to the Militia and Bolivian people, hoping that the people will take control of its country to fight off BRICKS, UNIDAD and the Santa Blanca to create a stable nation.

BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa)

Due to Brazil neighboring Bolivia, BRICS has been able to conquer most of northern, northwest, and Western part of Bolivia with ease. With superior Air Power, Weapons and Technology, BRICS has influenced many Bolivians to surrender and join these world powers in order to stop the violence in the Northern to Western regions.

Conscripting many Bolvians, the UNIDAD force has increased dramatically. Defenses around F.O.B Serpiente, and F.O.B Jaguar has increased making it hard to disrupt military operations. General Baro, vowing to push back and eliminate anyone who threaten Bolivia under martial law. His forces are pushing east and silencing anyone who gets in his way. Bolivians in his territories are being forced to work and gather supplies in order to keep his forces moving.

Santa Blanca Cartel

The Santa Blanca have been in shambles ever sense El Sueno has been removed from his position. Struggling to get back to their former glory, a Military Trainer that survived the Ghost's raid on Montuyoc training facility has gathered remaining cartel, and has influenced others to join his cause and get back to the "Thriving Bolivia" he once knew. He has flown under the world radar sending the Santa Blanca Cocaine out over the world again. His product, although very good, is trying to restore the name of Santa Blanca again. He has gained control of the Northeast, East and Central part of Bolivia. Using guerilla tactics or spearhead assualts on BRICS and UNIDAD, he has surprisingly has hulted them from advancing any further east or central bolivia.

Militia (Bolivia's People Army)

The militia is the last of the original Bolivian life style. Holding on to family and whats left of their country, they have taken refugees from all 4 corners of Bolivia in Inca Camina. The little town of Nuevo Mondo in Inca Camina has become tent city for surviving Bolivians. Using the higher elevation to their advantage, the Bolivia's People Army (BPA) have been able to fight off the Cartel along with Unidad. But they fear that one day, they will have to face BRICS superior weaponry. A challenge they are not prepared for. The General of the BPA has noticed that some of the supplies he has received from the UN have not been fully inventoried. He begins to think that there may be a mole in his rankings supplying either BRICS, UNIDAD or the Cartel.

After witnessing the carnage in Bolivia for the past 6 months and hoping the people will try to fill a power vacuum, the United States decide to send in the same ghost team to assist the militia in taking back their country while the UN continues to supply them.

GAMEPLAY

There are 22 different regions in Ubisofts Bolivia. All which can be explored in the main campaign. Using Ubisofts Tom Clancy's End War campaign as a reference, there can be at least 22 different types of RAIDS in the Bolivian country. Depending on how you tackle the power struggle in a war torn Bolivia, this will effect which regions will be conquered by the 4 different powers. How you (the player) go around completing each raid will effect the story on how Bolivia will be governed at the end.

Starting the Raids

To start out, an overview of the Bolivian map shows conquered area of who controls what region. You can choose where you want to start, and what area you want to disrupt first. Once you choose what region you want to raid, the game will only load that specific region. You may not leave that region until the raid is done. After completing the raid, the region you disrupt will become a "Neutral" territory. The neutral territory will be neutral until you complete your next raid. Depending on specific numbers, that territory will either be taken back by the faction you defeated or the neighboring faction will take it over. This all depends on man power, weaponry, and moral.

End Game

Depending on how you help out or divide Bolivia will give you certain endings to the story. Will BRICKS conquer Bolivia? Could the militia take there country back or will it be controlled by stratocracy UNIDAD? Will the Santa Blanca cartel take over Bolivia again and start from square one all over again?

What would you guys think of this type of game mode for PvE? I would love to talk more about this and give more details. u/UbiKeeba, u/UBI-Zuzu, u/UbiInsulin, what do all of you think? Could this be considered by Ubisoft? I hope to hear from all of you who take interest.

All of this is subject to be edited with more details.
