Now this is just my opinion, but im pretty sure all the weapons that have been in GR:W will be playable in the PvP. You will most likely have to unlock some of them via campaign like battlefield 4. (M249, P90, QBZ-95.) This will be a marketing technique so Ubisoft doesnt have to sell PvP seperatly. Most of them will probably be unlockable by doing certain events, buying them with credits when you level up and or buy them via the store (Special Weapons).
If bought by store, I just pray that its balanced and no advantage is given. But i can see a big disadvantage with one of the guns.... The Musket. haha!
I know gunsmithing will be available the PvP so that leaves options of making your gun how you truely like to play. I dont know how we will be able to get those attachments. But ill leave that open to debate and speculation.
All in All, i believe all guns will be in the game, and seperated by the type of caliber they use and gun type. This does not subject them to a spesific class.
Assualt
- Pointman will have all 5.56 and 7.62 Assault rifles available to him/her.
- Tank will have either CQB weapons such as .45ACP, 5.7mm or a 5.56 LMG
- Assasins will be able to have some CBQ weapons such as .45ACP and 5.56 assualt rifles.
Marksman
- Enforcers will use 5.56 and 7.62 LMG's.
- Snipers will use high powered rifles, this includes 50 Cal, .338 Lapua and .300 Win Mag
- Dual Primary weapon guy - I cant remember the class name but i remember his perk. He will be able to have Semi-Auto Rifles that use 7.62, Assualt rifles that use 5.56 and most likely 9mm CQB rifles. (Ill edit this once i get the name of this class.)
Support
- Scouts, Artilery and Diversionist will use CQB and small caliber rifles such .9mm, .45ACP and shotguns.
- Medics will be tricky. I believe that medics will be able to have .9mm, .45ACP and 5.56 NATO
Multiclass
- This class in my opinion is pretty complicated. You will be able to fill in any role or double a role if needed. As we saw in the Beta there was a Semi-Auto Sniper, "LMG" (Not really), and a good Assualt rifle. I believe the class will be able to use, .9mm Submachine gun, 5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO Assualt Rifles, 5.56 LMG not exceeding 75 Rounds and 7.62 NATO Semi-Auto Snipers.
Now i forgot the some of the classes but if you guys want to help me out I would appreciate it. Ill edit it once i see it. Im all for an open discussion and i would like to hear how you guys think the weapons will be sorted out by each class.
