So last night I hung out with my cousin at his house. I have a hard time falling asleep in unfamiliar places and it was 5 by when I tried to go to bed. Could gall asleep and I'm Sooo tired. Not even caffeine or my adhd meds are helping. I need to study a min of 3 hrs a day but I literally just can't right now. I'm reading things and not remembering them. I'm having a hard time with basic algebra(exam FM) And the few notes I took are sloppy. I know I should be prioritizing my sleep but is it ok to miss a day if I study 6 hrs another day or 4 hrs for three days? Thank you.
