Hey guys,
So for years here in my college career I’ve struggled to stick to a sleeping schedule. The reason why is that I cannot seem to wake up on command.
Today for example I pulled an all nighter after dozing off for the majority of the day before. By 8:30 AM I was a bit tired and I opted to take a NAP and wake up at 9 to get some chores done.
Few things I did: -wore really comfy clothes -slept in my house’s most addictive bed. (I usually sleep on the floor) - slept with an extra pillow in front of me (I sleep on my side) cold this have blocked out the alarm’s sound? -set a new alarm ringtone to from one that was really new to one that was super annoying but also I’ve avoided a million times
Ended up waking at 1:30 PM How can I fix this?
