Revision planning and how to be effective?

Post Body

I'm around 11 months away from my several big exams for quite a lot of subjects. I'm trying to figure out how to study after having prepared my notes through the summer. I understand doing past papers is always great but for subjects like Geography I have around 27 case studies I have to remember and also for History around 40-50 pages of notes which I will need to know. What is an effcient way to stick it all in my head? Often seen people talk about spaced revision but how would I plan it and how often do I do it to remember all the facts dates etc. Really would appreciate some advice to get myself going from now.
