Post Body

I always get this perfectionistic feeling whenever i come near a book that i should study and Memorize each and every part of it. Like i cant miss any single information or else ill get this intense feeling of discomfort to the point ill stop studying till it go away. Those thoughts are not helping me in any way shape or form. i know some of you may think that im being more productive cuz of such thoughts but its the complete opposite here . My perfectionism always have this imagination that i should study in the perfect time of the day where i have the perfect mood with perfect concentration or else i would not even start. And since that never happen i don’t study half the time im supposed to. Is it only me that get those thoughts??How do you guys deal with it?
