I work 28-35 hours a week and I go to uni. I also study long hours (6 ) every day. How to avoid a burnout? I enjoy studying, but I'm worried that I'll crash one day. People tell me that I do too much. I need some inspiration! Is it possible to be happy and work as much as I do? Any tips on how to survive studying for long hours for years? I took some off days (three) during holidays and I felt so weird. I'm 32. I'm in therapy.
I mostly use pomodoro, so I do take 10 mins breaks every 50 minutes of studying. I'm not talking about intensive studying for two weeks for exams. I'll study a lot for the next 8 years.
