i'm in a university in an extremely easy major (history) because it's basically the only thing i was passably good at in HS and i still cant focus or study anything. i have adhd and i already have meds for it but they do not help at all. i try to listen to the professor but i almost always start staring out the window or falling asleep or talking to myself in my head. i try to read and write notes out of class but its so hard to make it through that i end up in tears. i try to study for a tiny amount and then take a break but i get nothing done in that time. i drink water walk around and eat every day. i have absolutely no friends or ability to socialize/relate to other people so i have nobody to ask for advice. i am thinking about dropping out but i need to stay in because they gave me money off my tuition and if i don't go now itll be wasted. what can i do?
