No matter what I try, I always sleep through my alarms. But it isn’t as simple as moving my alarms or using more. I actually hit snooze in my sleep. I’ll wake up, and I’ll have unplugged, turned off, or snoozed every single one of my alarms with absolutely no recollection of doing so. I’ve even done this when my alarm is 20 feet away. It has legitimately cost me multiple jobs, and I’m at risk of it costing me the one I currently have. On top of that, I’m about to switch from the National Guard to the active duty component of the army, and if I can’t wake up for formation, I’ll be gone in a week once I’m out of a training environment. I need help, and fast. My parents have offered to help, but their only solution is my sleeping at their house and waking me up personally. Obviously, I can’t do that forever because as soon as I try to do it myself at my own place, I go right back to sleeping through all of my alarms. Please, can someone help me? I’m at my wits end
