I've fallen in a rut and I'd like to connect with others who want out too. I need to get back to cooking and meal prep (I've gotten take out this entire week) and working out. I probably haven't worked out since the beginning of the year (besides going for a couple of runs). Also getting outside more, been cooped up in the house because of the weather and work (WFH). Hopefully my social skills aren't worse than I think, I've been inside and alone so much, so I'm looking to improve there too. Feel free to DM me, thanks!
Edit: I was thinking of doing a 3 month challenge so anyone that wants to do it as well let me know. Itβd be nice to have a small group keeping each other accountable and motivating each other. Maybe on discord? I bought my meal prep groceries and will be cooking today so Iβm ready to go.
