Getting back to normal eating patterns
Post Body

Good evening and salutations! So, to offer a little bit of backstory, I'm a 29-year-old who began, some several years ago, adjusting my habits in order to shed some excess weight. I'd say I was somewhat successful in my methodology--went from 209 to 135 in about 2 years--except I was also dealing with depression and low self-esteem and was hoping the weight loss would help. It did...for a little while. I then picked up a stress/binge eating habit to deal with my emotions. Fast forward to the present day, and while I'm not as heavy as I was at first, I've gained about 30 pounds and keeping any weight off never lasts long because I always end up binging. I can't fit in my clothes like I used to and my habit is hurting me financially at a time when I can't afford it.

As much as I hate asking people for help with my personal problems, I need it this time. This is one of the few things I haven't tried, so I figure I might as well give it a go. I would be honored to also help any potential partners with their goals and habit-forming as well. Thank you for reading and for your consideration.
