I'm looking for an after-work and weekend afternoon workout cardio and strength male buddy.
I've got mobile gym equipment at home, not gym machines: dumbbells, kettlebells, aerobic stepper, and resistance cords. If you're looking for extreme weight loss, this wouldn't be for you. This is for mild-to-moderate weight loss, conditioning, and toning over the course of three months.
