I'm currently in the worst shape of my life (215lbs) and feel awful everyday with zero motivation. My primary goal is to lose fat and get some energy back in my life! I always procrastinate however I'm super competitive so hoping if I can find someone I cam drive myself back to where I used to be! I'm open to sharing calorie deficits, progress pics, ect but am primarily looking to drop weight and improve my self confidence! My goal is to lose about 30lbs so if you have a similar mind and goal let's talk and get this thing started!
